FOUGHT WHILE UNDER ISCF MEDICAL SUSPENSION

• On September 17, 2011, in Marshall, Missouri, USA, Arni MMA's Battle at the Compound Kenneth Robinson, lost to DeAndre Fane-Davis (Marshall, Missouri, USA, 1-0, 6'1", 185) by KO (Strikes) at :04 SECONDS of Round 1.
  • Because of the KNOCKOUT, Robinson was issued a 90 Days Medical Suspension from ISCF Event Representative Paula Wolfe and Ringside Physician (MD) Dr. Ken Butler from 9-18-11 to 12-18-11.

55 Days Later, 35 days prior to his medical suspension date of 12-18-11.

• On November 12th, 2011, the same Kenneth Robinson, fought on Ron Garrison Promotions, "The Reckoning" in Knob Noster, Missouri, USA.
  
  
• When being matched for the bout, he had informed the Promoter his name was JUSTIN Robinson.
  
  
• The promoter sent in the bout match-up as:
  • ISCF AMATEUR MMA 165: Trevor Ratzky VS Justin Robinson.
  • However, at weigh-ins, ISCF Event Representative Brandy Partridge checked him in as, Kenneth Robinson.
  • With no way to check at weigh-ins (No Internet access), she was unaware that "Kenneth Robinson" was under a 90 day Fighter Medical Suspension that would not expire until 12-18-11.
  • In this bout, Robinson lost to Stephen Iliff (Marshall, Missouri, USA, 4-2, 195, 5'8") by Tap Out (Arm Bar) at 1:12 of Round 1.

  • If ANY Fighter is caught breaking this suspension rule, by fighting for another organization or on an unsanctioned event during their medical suspension, that fighter will be suspended from competing by the ISCF for a minimum of 60 days and fined a Medical Rest Period Fine of $250.00. Suspension will remain until fine is paid.
    • Kenneth Robinson, Has been placed on an indefinite suspension and fined by the ISCF $250.00.
      • TO FIGHT AGAIN HE MUST:
        1. Show proof of medical clearance to fight to the ISCF by fax or mail by a licensed MD - Medical Doctor.
        2. Serve his 60 Day Disciplinary Suspension until March 11th, 2011.
        3. Pay his fine as listed above of $250.00 - Suspension remains until fine is paid in full to the ISCF.
