- All ISCF Sanctioned Promoter's are
liable for any medical costs of any injury sustained by any Fighter who is
Fighting on the Promoters ISCF Sanctioned
Event.
- To cover any such fighter medical expenses, the ISCF
Sanctioned Promoter must have a minimum of *$2,500.00
coverage in fighter medical Insurance for his ISCF
Sanctioned event.
- (*) Some State Boxing or Athletic Commissions may require higher coverage. Please check with your State to confirm the minimum coverage you are required to have.
- The ISCF STRONGLY
Recommends Promoters carry a higher amount of "Fighter Medical Insurance",
however, the ISCF offers this as an option
to the event Promoter.
- To cover any such fighter medical expenses, the ISCF
Sanctioned Promoter must have a minimum of *$2,500.00
coverage in fighter medical Insurance for his ISCF
Sanctioned event.
- The ISCF Event Promoter must provide
proof of their fighter medical Insurance by faxing a cover page of their
insurance to the ISCF Headquarters
(916-663-4510) prior to their event.
- The ISCF Event Promoter must also
have the entire insurance coverages, original paperwork available to show the
ISCF Event Representative.
- If Promoter has not faxed to the ISCF
Headquarters a copy of "Proof of Fighter Medical Insurance"
and or cannot show any proof of such insurance
to the official
ISCF Event Representative prior to the
event, the event will be cancelled immediately
by the ISCF Event Representative.
- If Promoter has not faxed to the ISCF

Rates are limited to events with 2,000 or less attendance.
- Plan 1: $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence/$1,000,000.00 General Aggregate: $475.00 - This Plan was not previously available.
- Plan 2: $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence/$2,000,000.00 General Aggregate: $498.75 (The fee for this plan is currently $450.00.)
- Plan 3: $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence/$3,000,000.00 General Aggregate: $523.70 - This Plan was not previously available.
- Plan 4: $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence/$4,000,000.00 General Aggregate: $549.85 - This Plan was not previously available.

- CHANGES FOR AMATEUR & PRO EVENT
FIGHTER MEDICAL / ACCIDENT INSURANCE
- Medical Expense Benefit now has limitations for the following coverages (We
will use a new accident policy form for these policies):
- Hospital Room and Board & Ancillary Hospital expenses limited to $500 per day up to a maximum of 5 days.
- Medical Emergency Care (room and supplies) expenses including the attending Physician's charges, x-rays, laboratory procedures, use of the emergency room and supplies, limited to $1,000 maximum per accident.
- Outpatient diagnostic x-rays, laboratory procedures and test expenses including diagnostic imaging expenses, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and CAT scans, limited to $500 per accident.
- Physiotherapy (physical medicine) expense, limited to $50 per visit up to a maximum of 5 visits per accident.
- Premiums listed on the rate charts are for policies with these limitations. They appear to be lower than our old rates – but we have overall implemented a 20% increase to the premium.
- These limitations may be removed for an additional 20% of the listed premium.
- Medical Expense Benefit now has limitations for the following coverages (We
will use a new accident policy form for these policies):

- All premium rates are per event.
- 12 bouts per event limit (quotations available for larger events)
- All events are limited to 1 day.
- If the event is a combination of amateur and professional, the professional rates must be used.
NOTE: If you log into www.fdean.com and click on the Apply Online – you can enter in the policyholder information and pay with either their credit card or your credit card. You will then be automatically emailed the policy documents, certificates and claim form. This is much faster than phoning or emailing FL Dean to indicate that this "is a rush".
